Rep. Lynn Westmoreland (R-Georgia) calls Barack & Michelle "uppity." Not once, but twice. The Hill has the dirt. And I do mean dirt.






It was only a matter of time before the GOP switched from code word "elitist" to what they really mean: "uppity."
